PM Modi conferred by 'Grant collar of the State of Palestine' in Palestine

Ramallah (Anshika Chaudhary) : On Saturday, the prime minister, narendra Modi conferred 'Grant collar of the State of Palestine' in Palestine by president Mahmoud Abbas recognising his key contribution to promote relationship between India and Palestine.

President of Palestine Abbas conferred the Collar of the State of Palestine on Modi after the conclusion of the bilateral meeting between two countries and their leaders.

In History PM Narendra Modi is the first Indian prime minister who officially visit to Palestine.

The Great Collar is the highest order given to foreign Dignitaries to Kings, or Person who have similar position or heads of State or Government.

In the past it has been awarded to the Saudi Arabian's the King Salman, King Hamad of Bahrain, President Xi Jinping of China and others.
